Terms & Conditions - the basics

By accessing this site or booking any service with HT Efficiency Inc., you agree to these Terms & Conditions, governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Services:
- We provide heavy-duty repair, maintenance, and safety inspections.
- Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates only. Final charges will be confirmed after inspection.

Payment:
- Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Overdue balances accrue 2% monthly interest. Vehicles may be retained under the Repair and Storage Liens Act (Ontario) until payment is made.

Warranty:
- Coverage applies only to repairs completed by us and for the period stated on your invoice.
- Normal wear, misuse, and unauthorized modifications are excluded.
 

Key Legal Protections

Key protections in our Terms & Conditions:
- Liability: Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
- Vehicle Responsibility: Remove personal items before service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Storage fees may apply after 48 hours.
- Privacy: Personal data is collected and used per PIPEDA and our Privacy Policy.
- Governing Law: Ontario courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of this site indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
