Service Guarantee & Cancellation Policy

This policy is provided for general guidance and does not override your statutory rights under Canadian law. HT Efficiency Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this policy without prior notice. By booking any service, you agree to this policy.

Refund Policy - the basics

Our work is backed by a limited service warranty for the repairs performed, as stated on your invoice. This warranty covers workmanship only and excludes:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
- Customer-supplied parts

If you experience an issue related to our workmanship within the warranty period, contact us immediately for an inspection. Valid claims will be addressed promptly.
 

Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Deposits:
- Deposits, if required, are non-refundable unless HT Efficiency Inc. cancels the service.

Unpaid Invoices:
- We reserve the right to apply a mechanic’s lien under Ontario law to recover unpaid service fees, including storage charges for vehicles left over 48 hours after completion.
